New South – Synergy, A Joint Venture brings together two great local companies with decades of experience in the Atlanta area and many years together as joint venture partners. New South Construction Company (New South) is a mid-sized construction management and general contracting firm founded in March 1990 by Doug Davidson, who serves as Chairman/CEO. Since New South's first project in 1990, New South has believed service to our customers would provide and establish a path for our company’s future. The majority of New South's projects today consist of repeat business and referrals, proving we have undoubtedly succeeded in our earlier mission.  Synergy Construction, a subsidiary of Synergy Development Partners, LLC, is a construction management and general contracting company based in Atlanta, Georgia. Synergy was founded in 2003, by Jeanie Hunter and Ralph Phillips, with the goal of fulfilling a need for quality tenant and interior build-outs, the firm has expanded into program management and turn-key construction projects throughout the Southeast.
